Confused@#$%!?
I am a bit confused as to how I can take philosophy and implement it into my life. I do not mean to be ignorant, but how does one use philosophy as a tool? I read through the papers, and I am amazed by the ideas though quite frankly I don't know how to store all that information and use it to my advantage. Please do enlighten me on this topic.

Do you think that thinking about and gaining an understanding of new ideas is a tool in itself?
I don't think that inauguration of these new theories into your life is beneficial as knowing what they are, that they exist, and understanding them. I disagree with the majority of what philosophers have to say, but knowing how and what they think is worthwhile to me.
Moment to moment, you can make it easier for yourself by remembering the studies you've learned, philosophically.
I had a clearer thought in mind, but I haven't studied enough Aristotle to formulate it clearly; I'm more into William James and St. Augustine these days.
